PRMS is provided for managing postgraduate research progress, supervision records, milestone tracking, submissions, and academic achievements within Raffles University.
Access is limited to authorised students, supervisors, administrators, and approved university staff. Users must use the system only for academic and institutional purposes.
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded reports, supervision logs, milestone records, and achievement details are accurate, respectful, and appropriate for university governance.
Users must not share credentials, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorised access to records outside their assigned role or permissions.
Activity in the final system may be logged for institutional review, security monitoring, and academic audit purposes.
